President John Dramani Mahama is set to continue his nationwide Resetting Ghana Tour with a two-day visit to the Upper West Region from Friday, September 11 to Saturday, September 12, 2026.
The visit is part of the President’s broader efforts to engage directly with citizens and stakeholders on his government’s policies, programmes and development priorities.
During his stay in the region, President Mahama is expected to meet with local stakeholders and communities to discuss key issues affecting residents and outline government’s plans under the Resetting Ghana agenda.
The engagements will also give residents the opportunity to raise concerns about challenges in their communities and seek responses from the President and government officials.
The Upper West visit forms part of a series of regional engagements through which the government intends to assess development needs, communicate its progress and gather feedback from citizens.
