Ghanaian musician Reggie Zippy and his ex-wife, Edith Ward, have reunited following a prolonged period of tension over custody of their children. The reunion took place during their daughter Dior’s 10th birthday celebration.
After their marriage ended, Reggie had publicly expressed frustration over Edith’s alleged efforts to deny him access to their children. In September 2024, he revealed that it had been two years since he last saw his kids in person.
However, in a recent Facebook post, Reggie shared a heartwarming photo of himself, Edith, and their daughter Dior, taken during a family reunion dinner to mark the special occasion.
In the caption, Reggie expressed gratitude to Edith for creating an opportunity to mend their family bond. He wrote: “Mum and dad with the birthday Princess Dior last night after family reunion dinner to celebrate Dior’s 10th birthday. There is peace, love, joy, and harmony for our children and us parents too.”
He described the reunion as a chance to “reset and recalibrate” their family relationship, signaling hope for a more harmonious co-parenting journey moving forward.
